భూమి సంపాదించుకొనినవారము కాము; నా భోజనపు బల్లయొద్ద మా చుట్టునున్న అన్యజనులలోనుండి వచ్చిన వారు గాక యూదులును అధికారులును నూట ఏబదిమంది కూర్చునియుండిరి.
Bhoomi sampaadinchukoninavaaramu kaamu; naa bhojanapu ballayodda maa chuttununna anyajanulalonundi vachchina vaaru gaaka yoodulunu adhikaarulunu noota ebadimandi koorchuniyundiri.

- 18నా నిమిత్తము ప్రతి దినము ఒక యెద్దును శ్రేష్ఠమైన ఆరు గొఱ్ఱెలును సిద్ధము చేయబడెను. ఇవియుగాక కోళ్లను, పదిరోజులకు ఒకమారు నానావిధమైన ద్రాక్షారసములను సిద్ధము చేసితిని. ఈ ప్రకారముగా చేసినను ఈ జనుల దాసత్వము బహు కఠినముగా ఉండినందున అధికారికి రావలసిన సొమ్మును నేను అపేక్షింపలేదు.
- 19నా దేవా, ఈ జనులకు నేను చేసిన సకలమైన ఉపకారములనుబట్టి నాకు మేలు కలుగు నట్లుగా నన్ను దృష్టించుము.
