- 35ఇది యెహోవా అను నేను చెప్పిన మాట; నాకు విరోధముగా కూడిన చెడ్డదగు ఈ సర్వ సమాజమునకు నిశ్చయముగా దీని చేసెదను. ఈ అరణ్యములో వారు క్షీణించిపోవుదురు; ఇక్కడనే చనిపోవుదురు అనెను.

- 37అనగా ఆ దేశమునుగూర్చి చెడ్డ సమాచారము చెప్పిన మనుష్యులు యెహోవా సన్నిధిని తెగులుచేత చనిపోయిరి.
- 38అయితే ఆ దేశమును సంచరించి చూచిన మనుష్యులలో నూను కుమారుడగు యెహోషువయు యెఫున్నె కుమారుడగు కాలేబును బ్రదికిరి.
