ఇశ్రాయేలీయులలో పుట్టినవాడేగాని వారి మధ్యను నివసించు పరదేశి యేగాని పొరబాటున ఎవడైనను పాపము చేసినయెడల వానికిని మీకును విధి ఒక్కటే ఉండవలెను.
