ఉండినదియు ఇప్పుడు లేనిదియునైన యీ క్రూరమృగము ఆ యేడుగురితో పాటు ఒకడునైయుండి, తానే యెనిమిదవ రాజగుచు నాశనమునకు పోవును.

9ఇందులో జ్ఞానముగల మనస్సు కనబడును. ఆ యేడు తలలు ఆ స్త్రీ కూర్చున్న యేడు కొండలు;
10మరియు ఏడుగురు రాజులు కలరు; అయిదుగురు కూలిపోయిరి, ఒకడున్నాడు, కడమవాడు ఇంకను రాలేదు, వచ్చినప్పుడు అతడు కొంచెము కాలముండవలెను.

12నీవు చూచిన ఆ పది కొమ్ములు పదిమంది రాజులు. వారిదివరకు రాజ్యమును పొందలేదు గాని యొకగడియ క్రూరమృగముతోకూడ రాజులవలె అధికారము పొందుదురు.
13వీరు ఏకాభిప్రాయముగలవారై తమ బలమును అధికారమును ఆ మృగమునకు అప్పగింతురు.
