1. 16మీరు చేయవలసిన కార్యము లేవనగా, ప్రతివాడు తన పొరుగు వానితో సత్యమే మాటలాడవలెను, సత్యమునుబట్టి సమాధానకరమైన న్యాయమునుబట్టి మీ గుమ్మములలో తీర్పు తీర్చవలెను.
2. 17తన పొరుగువాని మీద ఎవడును దుర్యోచన యోచింపకూడదు, అబద్ద ప్రమాణముచేయ నిష్టపడ కూడదు, ఇట్టివన్నియు నాకు అసహ్యములు; ఇదే యెహోవా వాక్కు.
3. 18మరియు సైన్యములకు అధిపతియగు యెహోవా వాక్కు నాకు ప్రత్యక్షమై యీలాగు సెలవిచ్చెను.
4. 19సైన్యములకు అధిపతియగు యెహోవా ఆజ్ఞ ఇచ్చున దేమనగా నాలుగవ నెలలోని ఉపవాసము, అయిదవ నెలలోని ఉపవాసము, ఏడవ నెలలోని ఉపవాసము, పదియవ నెలలోని ఉపవాసము యూదా యింటివారికి సంతోషమును ఉత్సాహమును పుట్టించు మనోహరములైన పండుగలగును. కాబట్టి సత్యమును సమాధానమును ప్రియ ముగా ఎంచుడి.
5. 20సైన్యములకు అధిపతియగు యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చునదేమనగా జనములును అనేక పట్టణముల నివాసులును ఇంకను వత్తురు.
