व्यवस्था में लिखा है, कि प्रभु कहता है; मैं अन्य भाषा बोलनेवालों के द्वारा, और पराए मुख के द्वारा इन लोगों से बात करूंगा तौभी वे मेरी न सुनेंगे।
Vyavasthaa mem likhaa hai, ki prabhu kahataa hai; maim any bhaashaa bolanevaalom ke dvaaraa, aur paraae mukh ke dvaaraa in logom se baat karoongaa taubhee ve meree na sunenge.

- 23सो यदि कलीसिया एक जगह इकट्ठी हो, और सब के सब अन्यान्य भाषा बोलें, और अनपढ़े या अविश्वासी लोग भीतर आ जाएं तो क्या वे तुम्हें पागल न कहेंगे?
