Aur yahoodaa ke raajaa aasaa ke teesare varsh mem baashaa ne naadaab ko maar daalaa, aur usake sthaan par raajaa ban gayaa.

- 29राजा होते ही बाशा ने यारोबाम के समस्त घराने को मार डाला; उस ने यारोबाम के वंश को यहां तक नष्ट किया कि एक भी जीवित न रहा। यह सब यहोवा के उस वचन के अनुसार हुआ जो उस ने अपने दास शीलोवासी अहिरयाह से कहवाया था।
- 30यह इस कारण हुआ कि यारोबाम ने स्वयं पाप किए, और इस्राएल से भी करवाए थे, और उस ने इस्राएल के परमेश्वर यहोवा को क्रोधित किया था।
