परन्तु दाऊद के जनों ने उस से कहा, हम तो इस यहूदा देश में भी डरते रहते हैं, यदि हम कीला जाकर पलिश्तियों की सेना का साम्हना करें, तो क्या बहुत अधिक डर में न पड़ेंगे?
Parantu daaood ke janom ne us se kahaa, ham to is yahoodaa desh mem bhee darate rahate haim, yadi ham keelaa jaakar palishtiyom kee senaa kaa saamhanaa karem, to kyaa bahut adhik dar mem na padenge?

- 5इसलिये दाऊद अपने जनों को संग लेकर कीला को गया, और पलिश्तियों से लड़कर उनके पशुओं को हांक लाया, और उन्हें बड़ी मार से मारा। यों दाऊद ने कीला के निवासियों को बचाया।
