पहिले महीने के पहिले दिन को उन्हों ने पवित्रा करने का काम आरम्भ किया, और उसी महीने के आठवें दिन को वे यहोवा के ओसारे तक आ गए। इस प्रकार उन्हों ने यहोवा के भवन को आठ दिन में पवित्रा किया, और पहिले महीने के सोलहवें दिन को उन्हों ने उस काम को पूरा किया।
Pahile maheene ke pahile din ko unhom ne pavitraa karane kaa kaam aarambh kiyaa, aur usee maheene ke aathavem din ko ve yahovaa ke osaare tak aa gae. Is prakaar unhom ne yahovaa ke bhavan ko aath din mem pavitraa kiyaa, aur pahile maheene ke solahavem din ko unhom ne us kaam ko pooraa kiyaa.

- 19और जितने पात्रा राजा आहाज ने अपने राज्य में विश्वासघात करके फेंक दिए थे, उनको भी हम ने ठीक करके पवित्रा किया है; और वे यहोवा की वेदी के साम्हने रखे हुए हैं।
