एसाव ने कहा, तो अपने संगवालों में से मैं कई एक तेरे साथ छोड़ जाऊं। उस ने कहा, यह क्यों? इतना ही बहुत है, कि मेरे प्रभु की अनुग्रह की दृष्टि मुझ पर बनी रहे।
Esaav ne kahaa, to apane sangavaalom mem se maim kaee ek tere saath chhod jaaoon. Us ne kahaa, yah kyom? Itanaa hee bahut hai, ki mere prabhu kee anugrah kee drushti mujh par banee rahe.

- 16तब एसाव ने उसी दिन सेईर जाने को अपना मार्ग लिया।
- 17और याकूब वहां से कूच करके सुक्कोत को गया, और वहां अपने लिये एक घर, और पशुओं के लिये झोंपड़े बनाए: इसी कारण उस स्थान का नाम सुक्कोत पड़ा।।
