Bhalaa hotaa ki meraa khed taulaa jaataa, aur meree saaree vipatti tulaa mem dharee jaatee!

1फिर अरयूब ने कहा,
2भला होता कि मेरा खेद तौला जाता, और मेरी सारी विपत्ति तुला में धरी जाती!
3क्योंकि वह समुद्र की बालू से भी भारी ठहरती; इसी कारण मेरी बातें उतावली से हूई हैं।
4क्योंकि सर्वशक्तिमान के तीर मेरे अन्दर चुभे हैं; और उनका विष मेरी आत्मा में वैठ गया है;ईश्वर की भयंकर बात मेरे विरूद्ध पांति बान्धे हैं।
