और यहोवा ने उस को भी राजा समेत इस्राएलियों के हाथ मे कर दिया; और यहोशू ने उसको और उस में के सब प्राणियों को तलवार से मारा; और उस में से किसी को भी जीवित न छोड़ा; और उसके राजा से वैसा ही किया जैसा उस ने यरीहो के राजा के साथ किया था।।

King James Version (KJV): And the LORD delivered it also, and the king thereof, into the hand of Israel; and he smote it with the edge of the sword, and all the souls that [were] therein; he let none remain in it; but did unto the king thereof as he did unto the king of Jericho.
World English Bible (WEB): The LORD delivered it also, with its king, into the hand of Israel. He struck it with the edge of the sword, and all the souls who were in it. He left no one remaining in it. He did to its king as he had done to the king of Jericho.

30और यहोवा ने उस को भी राजा समेत इस्राएलियों के हाथ मे कर दिया; और यहोशू ने उसको और उस में के सब प्राणियों को तलवार से मारा; और उस में से किसी को भी जीवित न छोड़ा; और उसके राजा से वैसा ही किया जैसा उस ने यरीहो के राजा के साथ किया था।।
31फिर यहोशू सब इस्राएलियों समेत लिब्ना से चलकर लाकीश को गया, और उसके विरूद्ध छावनी डालकर लड़ा;
32और यहोवा ने लाकीश को इस्राएल के हाथ में कर दिया, और दूसरे दिन उस ने उसको जीत लिया; और जैसा उस ने लिब्ना के सब प्राणियों को तलवार से मारा था वैसा ही उस ने लाकीश से भी किया।
