और यहोवा ने लाकीश को इस्राएल के हाथ में कर दिया, और दूसरे दिन उस ने उसको जीत लिया; और जैसा उस ने लिब्ना के सब प्राणियों को तलवार से मारा था वैसा ही उस ने लाकीश से भी किया।

Aur yahovaa ne laakeesh ko israael ke haath mem kar diyaa, aur doosare din us ne usako jeet liyaa; aur jaisaa us ne libnaa ke sab praaniyom ko talavaar se maaraa thaa vaisaa hee us ne laakeesh se bhee kiyaa.

34फिर यहोशू ने सब इस्राएलियों समेत लाकीश से चलकर एग्लोन को गया; और उसके विरूद्ध छावनी डालकर युद्ध करने लगा;
