तक गिबोन के निवासियों ने गिलगाल की छावनी में यहोशू के पास यों कहला भेजा, कि अपने दासों की ओर से तू अपना हाथ न हटाना; शीघ्र हमारे पास आकर हमें बचा ले, और हमारी सहायता कर; क्योंकि पहाड़ पर रहनेवाले एमोरियों के सब राजा हमारे विरूद्ध इकट्ठे हए हैं।
Tak gibon ke nivaasiyom ne gilagaal kee chhaavanee mem yahoshoo ke paas yom kahalaa bhejaa, ki apane daasom kee or se too apanaa haath na hataanaa; sheeghr hamaare paas aakar hamem bachaa le, aur hamaaree sahaayataa kar; kyonki pahaad par rahanevaale emoriyom ke sab raajaa hamaare virooddh ikatthe hae hain.
