फिर यूसुफ की हडि्डयां जिन्हें इस्राएली मि से ले आए थे वे शकेम की भूमि के उस भाग में गाड़ी गईं, जिसे याकूब ने शकेम के पिता हामोर से एक सौ चांदी के सिक्कों में मोल लिया था; इसलिये वह यूसुफ की सन्तान का निज भाग हो गया।
