31तुम किसी प्रकार का कामकाज न करना; यह तुम्हारी पीढ़ी पीढ़ी में तुम्हारे घराने में सदा की विधी ठहरे।
32वह दिन तुम्हारे लिये परमविश्राम का हो, उस में तुम अपने अपने जीव को दु:ख देना; और उस महीने के नवें दिन की सांझ से ले कर दूसरी सांझ तक अपना विश्रामदिन माना करना॥
33फिर यहोवा ने मूसा से कहा,
