ಖೇಡ್ಯವನ್ನೂ ಭಲ್ಲೆಯನ್ನೂ ಹಿಡುಕೊಂಡು ಯುದ್ಧಕ್ಕೆ ಸಿದ್ಧರಾದ ಯೆಹೂದನ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಆರು ಸಾವಿರದ ಎಂಟುನೂರು ಮಂದಿ.

22ಅದೇ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿದಿನ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಸೈನ್ಯವು ದೇವರ ಸೈನ್ಯದ ಹಾಗೆ ಆಗುವ ವರೆಗೆ ದಾವೀದನಿಗೆ ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಅವನ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಬರುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು.
23ಕರ್ತನ ವಾಕ್ಯದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಸೌಲನ ರಾಜ್ಯವನ್ನು ದಾವೀದನ ಕಡೆಗೆ ತಿರುಗಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಹೆಬ್ರೋನಿನಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ದಾವೀದನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಯುದ್ಧಕ್ಕೆ ಆಯುಧಗಳನ್ನು ಧರಿಸಿ ಕೊಂಡು ಬಂದ ದಂಡುಗಳ ಲೆಕ್ಕವೇನಂದರೆ --

25ಯುದ್ಧಕ್ಕೆ ಪರಾ ಕ್ರಮಶಾಲಿಗಳಾದ ಸಿಮೆಯೋನನ ಮಕ್ಕಳಲ್ಲಿ ಏಳು ಸಾವಿರದ ನೂರು ಮಂದಿ.
26ಲೇವಿಯ ಮಕ್ಕ ಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಾಲ್ಕು ಸಾವಿರದ ಆರುನೂರು ಮಂದಿ.
