23ಕರ್ತನ ವಾಕ್ಯದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಸೌಲನ ರಾಜ್ಯವನ್ನು ದಾವೀದನ ಕಡೆಗೆ ತಿರುಗಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಹೆಬ್ರೋನಿನಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ದಾವೀದನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಯುದ್ಧಕ್ಕೆ ಆಯುಧಗಳನ್ನು ಧರಿಸಿ ಕೊಂಡು ಬಂದ ದಂಡುಗಳ ಲೆಕ್ಕವೇನಂದರೆ --
24ಖೇಡ್ಯವನ್ನೂ ಭಲ್ಲೆಯನ್ನೂ ಹಿಡುಕೊಂಡು ಯುದ್ಧಕ್ಕೆ ಸಿದ್ಧರಾದ ಯೆಹೂದನ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಆರು ಸಾವಿರದ ಎಂಟುನೂರು ಮಂದಿ.
25ಯುದ್ಧಕ್ಕೆ ಪರಾ ಕ್ರಮಶಾಲಿಗಳಾದ ಸಿಮೆಯೋನನ ಮಕ್ಕಳಲ್ಲಿ ಏಳು ಸಾವಿರದ ನೂರು ಮಂದಿ.

27ಆರೋನಿಯರಲ್ಲಿ ಯೆಹೋಯಾದಾವನು ನಾಯ ಕನಾಗಿದ್ದನು; ಅವನ ಸಂಗಡ ಮೂರು ಸಾವಿರದ ಏಳು ನೂರು ಮಂದಿ;
