ಆದರೆ ನಾನು ಬಂದು ನನ್ನ ಕಣ್ಣು ಗಳಿಂದ ನೋಡುವವರೆಗೂ ಆ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ನಂಬದೆ ಹೋದೆನು. ಇಗೋ, ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಧವೂ ನನಗೆ ಹೇಳಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಿಲ್ಲ; ನಿನ್ನ ಜ್ಞಾನವೂ ಸಂಪತ್ತೂ ನಾನು ಕೇಳಿದ ಕೀರ್ತಿಗಿಂತ ಅಧಿಕವಾಗಿರುವದು.

- 7ಆದರೆ ನಾನು ಬಂದು ನನ್ನ ಕಣ್ಣು ಗಳಿಂದ ನೋಡುವವರೆಗೂ ಆ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ನಂಬದೆ ಹೋದೆನು. ಇಗೋ, ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಧವೂ ನನಗೆ ಹೇಳಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಿಲ್ಲ; ನಿನ್ನ ಜ್ಞಾನವೂ ಸಂಪತ್ತೂ ನಾನು ಕೇಳಿದ ಕೀರ್ತಿಗಿಂತ ಅಧಿಕವಾಗಿರುವದು.
- 8ನಿನ್ನ ಮನುಷ್ಯರು ಭಾಗ್ಯವಂತರು; ನಿನ್ನ ಮುಂದೆ ಯಾವಾ ಗಲೂ ನಿಂತು ನಿನ್ನ ಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನು ಕೇಳುವ ಈ ನಿನ್ನ ಸೇವಕರು ಭಾಗ್ಯವಂತರು.
- 9ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಸಿಂಹಾಸನದ ಮೇಲೆ ಕೂಡ್ರಿಸುವ ಹಾಗೆ ನಿನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಇಷ್ಟಪಟ್ಟ ನಿನ್ನ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ಸ್ತುತಿಸಲ್ಪಡಲಿ. ಕರ್ತನು ಯುಗಯುಗಕ್ಕೂ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ನ್ಯಾಯವನ್ನೂ ನೀತಿಯನ್ನೂ ನಡಿಸಲು ಆತನು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಅರಸನಾಗ ಮಾಡಿದನು ಅಂದಳು.
