ಕರ್ತನ ಒಡಂಬಡಿ ಕೆಯ ಮಂಜೂಷವು ಪಾಳೆಯಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಾಗ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇ ಲ್ಯರೆಲ್ಲಾ ಮಹಾ ಆರ್ಭಟವಾಗಿ ಭೂಮಿ ಕಂಪಿಸುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಆರ್ಭಟಿಸಿದರು.
Kartana odambadi keya manjooshavu paaleyakke bandaaga israaye lyarellaa mahaa aarbhatavaagi bhoomi kampisuva haage aarbhatisidaru.

- 4ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಜನರನ್ನು ಕೆರೂಬಿಗಳ ಮಧ್ಯ ದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಸೈನ್ಯಗಳ ಕರ್ತನ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆಯ ಮಂಜೂ ಷವನ್ನು ತಕ್ಕೊಂಡು ಬರುವಂತೆ ಶೀಲೋವಿಗೆ ಕಳು ಹಿಸಿದರು. ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಏಲಿಯ ಇಬ್ಬರು ಮಕ್ಕಳಾದ ಹೊಫ್ನಿಯೂ ಫೀನೆಹಾಸನೂ ದೇವರ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆಯ ಮಂಜೂಷದ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದರು;
- 5ಕರ್ತನ ಒಡಂಬಡಿ ಕೆಯ ಮಂಜೂಷವು ಪಾಳೆಯಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಾಗ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇ ಲ್ಯರೆಲ್ಲಾ ಮಹಾ ಆರ್ಭಟವಾಗಿ ಭೂಮಿ ಕಂಪಿಸುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಆರ್ಭಟಿಸಿದರು.
- 6ಅವರು ಆರ್ಭಟಿಸುವ ಶಬ್ದ ವನ್ನು ಫಿಲಿಷ್ಟಿಯರು ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ--ಇಬ್ರಿಯರ ಪಾಳೆ ಯದ ಈ ಮಹಾ ಆರ್ಭಟವೇನು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿ ಕರ್ತನ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆಯ ಮಂಜೂಷವು ಪಾಳೆಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಂತೆಂದು ತಿಳುಕೊಂಡರು.
- 7ಕರ್ತನು ಪಾಳೆಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಂದನೆಂದು ಹೇಳಿಕೊಂಡು ಫಿಲಿಷ್ಟಿಯರು ಭಯ ಪಟ್ಟು--ನಮಗೆ ಅಯ್ಯೋ! ಪೂರ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂಥದ್ದು ಆಗಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ.
