ಅರಸನಿಂದ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಯೆಹೂದ ದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಕೋಟೆಯುಳ್ಳ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇರಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ವರ ಹೊರತಾಗಿ ಇವರು ಅರಸನ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು.
