4. 16ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಆಜ್ಞೆಗಳನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ತಮಗೆ ತಾವೇ ಎರಕ ಹೊಯ್ದ ವಿಗ್ರಹಗಳಾದ ಎರಡು ಹೋರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ವಿಗ್ರಹಗಳ ತೋಪನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿ ಆಕಾಶದ ಸೈನ್ಯಕ್ಕೆಲ್ಲಾ ಅಡ್ಡಬಿದ್ದು ಬಾಳನನ್ನು ಸೇವಿಸಿ
5. 17ತಮ್ಮ ಕುಮಾರರನ್ನೂ ಕುಮಾರ್ತೆಯರನ್ನೂ ಬೆಂಕಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ದಾಟಮಾಡಿ ಕಣಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ಶಕುನಗಳನ್ನೂ ಬಳಸಿ ಕರ್ತ ನಿಗೆ ಕೋಪ ಬರುವಂತೆ ಆತನ ಸಮ್ಮುಖದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಟ್ಟದ್ದನ್ನು ಮಾಡಲು ತಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಮಾರಿಬಿಟ್ಟರು.
