And he took away the horses that the kings of Judah had given to the sun, at the entering in of the house of the LORD, by the chamber of Nathan-melech the chamberlain, which [was] in the suburbs, and burned the chariots of the sun with fire.

3. 11ಬೈಲ ಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಪ್ರಧಾನನಾದ ನಾತಾನ್‌ ಮೆಲೆಕನ ಕೊಠಡಿಯ ಹತ್ತಿರ ಇದ್ದ ಕರ್ತನ ಮನೆಯ ದ್ವಾರದ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯೆಹೂದದ ಅರಸುಗಳು ಸೂರ್ಯನಿಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟ ಕುದುರೆ ಗಳನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಹಾಕಿ ಸೂರ್ಯನ ರಥಗಳನ್ನು ಬೆಂಕಿ ಯಿಂದ ಸುಟ್ಟುಬಿಟ್ಟನು.
4. 12ಯೆಹೂದದ ಅರಸರು ಉಂಟು ಮಾಡಿದ ಆಹಾಜನ ಮೇಲು ಮಾಳಿಗೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಇದ್ದ ಬಲಿಪೀಠಗಳನ್ನೂ ಮನಸ್ಸೆಯು ಕರ್ತನ ಮನೆಯ ಎರಡು ಅಂಗಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಡಿದ ಬಲಿಪೀಠ ಗಳನ್ನೂ ಅರಸನು ಕೆಡವಿಸಿ ಅಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಅದರ ಧೂಳನ್ನು ಕಿದ್ರೋನ್‌ ಹಳ್ಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಕಿಸಿದನು.
