ನಿಮ್ಮ ಗುಡಾರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಗುಣುಗುಟ್ಟಿ--ಕರ್ತನು ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಹಗೆಮಾಡಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಅಮೋರಿಯರ ಕೈಗೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಿ ನಾಶಮಾಡುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಐಗುಪ್ತದೇಶದೊಳ ಗಿಂದ ಹೊರಗೆ ಬರಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾನೆ.

- 28ನಾವು ಎಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಹೋಗೋಣ? ನಮ್ಮ ಸಹೋದರರು--ಆ ಜನರು ನಮಗಿಂತ ದೊಡ್ಡವರೂ ಉದ್ದವಾದವರೂ; ಪಟ್ಟಣ ಗಳು ದೊಡ್ಡವುಗಳೂ ಆಕಾಶದ ಎತ್ತರಕ್ಕೂ ಗೋಡೆ ಯುಳ್ಳವುಗಳೂ; ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಅನಾಕ್ಯರ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಅಲ್ಲಿ ನೋಡಿದೆವು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಹೃದಯಗಳನ್ನು ಅಧೈರ್ಯಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದಿರಿ.
- 29ಆಗ ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ--ಅಂಜಬೇಡಿರಿ; ಅವರಿಗೆ ಭಯಪಡಬೇಡಿರಿ.
