7ಆದರೆ ಮೆಲುಕು ಹಾಕಿ ಉಗುರುಳ್ಳ ಗೊರಸೆಯನ್ನು ಭೇದಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವವು ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇವುಗಳನ್ನು ನೀವು ತಿನ್ನಬಾರದು; ಯಾವ ವೆಂದರೆ: ಒಂಟೆ, ಮೊಲ, ಕುಣಿಮೊಲ. ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಅವು ಮೆಲುಕು ಹಾಕಿದರೂ ಗೊರಸೆಯನ್ನು ಭೇದಿಸು ವದಿಲ್ಲ; ಅವು ನಿಮಗೆ ಅಶುದ್ಧವಾಗಿವೆ.
8ಹಂದಿಯನ್ನು ತಿನ್ನಬಾರದು. ಅದು ಗೊರಸೆ ಭೇದಿಸಿದರೂ ಮೆಲುಕು ಹಾಕುವದಿಲ್ಲ; ಅದು ನಿಮಗೆ ಅಶುದ್ಧವೇ. ಅವುಗಳ ಮಾಂಸವನ್ನು ತಿನ್ನಬಾರದು. ಅವುಗಳ ಹೆಣವನ್ನು ಮುಟ್ಟಬಾರದು.
9ನೀರಿನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನೀವು ಇವುಗಳನ್ನು ತಿನ್ನಬಹುದು: ರೆಕ್ಕೆಗಳೂ ಪೊರೆಗಳೂ ಉಳ್ಳವುಗ ಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ತಿನ್ನಬಹುದು.
10ಆದರೆ ರೆಕ್ಕೆಗಳೂ ಪೊರೆ ಗಳೂ ಇಲ್ಲದವುಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ತಿನ್ನಬಾರದು; ಅವು ನಿಮಗೆ ಅಶುದ್ಧವಾಗಿವೆ.
11ಶುದ್ಧವಾದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪಕ್ಷಿಗಳನ್ನು ತಿನ್ನಬಹುದು.
