For that which befalleth the sons of men befalleth beasts; even one thing befalleth them: as the one dieth, so dieth the other; yea, they have all one breath; so that a man hath no preeminence above a beast: for all [is] vanity.

3. 19ಮೃಗಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಭವಿಸುವದು ಮನುಷ್ಯರ ಪುತ್ರರಿಗೂ ಸಂಭವಿಸುತ್ತದೆ; ಅವರಿಗೆ ಒಂದೇ ಸಂಗತಿ ಸಂಭವಿಸು ತ್ತದೆ; ಒಂದು ಸಾಯುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಸಾಯು ತ್ತದೆ; ಹೌದು, ಅವರೆಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಒಂದೇ ಒಂದು ಉಸಿ ರಾಟ ಇದೆ; ಆದಕಾರಣ ಮೃಗಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಮನುಷ್ಯನಿಗೆ ಯಾವ ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠತೆಯೂ ಇಲ್ಲ; ಎಲ್ಲವೂ ವ್ಯರ್ಥ.
