ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಹಗೆ ಮಾಡುವವನ ಕತ್ತೆ ಹೊರೆಯ ಕೆಳಗೆ ಬಿದ್ದಿರುವದನ್ನು ನೀನು ಕಂಡಾಗ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡಲು ಮನಸ್ಸಿಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೂ ನೀನು ಖಂಡಿತವಾಗಿ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಸಹಾಯಮಾಡಬೇಕು.

Ninnannu hage maaduvavana katte horeya kelage biddiruvadannu neenu kandaaga avanige sahaaya maadalu manassilladiddaroo neenu khanditavaagi avanige sahaayamaadabeku.

King James Version (KJV): If thou see the ass of him that hateth thee lying under his burden, and wouldest forbear to help him, thou shalt surely help with him.

6ಬಡವನ ವ್ಯಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನ್ಯಾಯವನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ತೀರ್ಪು ಕೊಡಬೇಡ.
7ಸುಳ್ಳಿನ ವಿಷಯಗಳಿಂದ ನೀನು ದೂರ ವಿರು; ನಿರಪರಾಧಿಯನ್ನೂ ನೀತಿವಂತನನ್ನೂ ಕೊಲ್ಲ ಬೇಡ, ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ನಾನು ದುಷ್ಟನನ್ನು ನೀತಿವಂತ ನೆಂದು ನಿರ್ಣಯಿಸುವದಿಲ್ಲ.
