ಬಹಳ ಸೌದೆ ಹಾಕಿ, ಬೆಂಕಿಯನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಿ, ಮಾಂಸ ವನ್ನು ಬೇಯಿಸು; ಮಸಾಲೆ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಇರಲಿ, ಮತ್ತು ಎಲುಬುಗಳು ಸುಡಲಿ.

8ಮುಯ್ಯಿಗೆಮುಯ್ಯಿ ತೀರಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೆ ರೋಷ ವನ್ನೆಬ್ಬಿಸುವ ಹಾಗೆ ನಾನು ಅದರ ರಕ್ತಾಪರಾಧವನ್ನು ಮುಚ್ಚಿಬಿಡದಂತೆ ಬಂಡೆಯ ತುದಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಇಟ್ಟಿ ದ್ದೇನೆ;
9ಆದದರಿಂದ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ--ಆ ರಕ್ತಾಪರಾಧವುಳ್ಳ ಪಟ್ಟಣವು ಹಾಳಾ ಗಲಿ, ನಾನೇ ಬೆಂಕಿಯನ್ನು ರಾಶಿಯಾಗಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸುವೆನು.
10ಬಹಳ ಸೌದೆ ಹಾಕಿ, ಬೆಂಕಿಯನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಿ, ಮಾಂಸ ವನ್ನು ಬೇಯಿಸು; ಮಸಾಲೆ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಇರಲಿ, ಮತ್ತು ಎಲುಬುಗಳು ಸುಡಲಿ.
11ಆಮೇಲೆ ಅದರ ಹಿತ್ತಾಳೆ ಬಿಸಿಯಾಗಿ ಮೈಲಿಗೆ ಕರಗಿ ಕಲ್ಮಶವು ಹೋಗುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಅದನ್ನು ಬರಿದು ಮಾಡಿ ಕೆಂಡಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಇಡು.
12ಅದರ ಕಲ್ಮಶವು ಆಯಾಸವನ್ನುಂಟು ಮಾಡಿತೇ ಹೊರತು ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಹತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಆ ಬಹಳವಾದ ಕಿಲುಬು ಹೋಗಲಿಲ್ಲ, ಅದು ಬೆಂಕಿಯಲ್ಲಿರಲಿ;
