ನಿನ್ನ ರಕ್ತ ಪ್ರವಾಹದಿಂದ ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಬೆಟ್ಟಗಳ ತನಕ ತೋಯಿಸು ವೆನು; ನದಿಗಳು ನಿನ್ನಿಂದ ತುಂಬುವವು.

- 8ಆಕಾಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಾಶಿ ಸುವ ಬೆಳಕುಗಳನ್ನು ನಿನ್ನ ನಿಮಿತ್ತವಾಗಿ ನಾನು ಕತ್ತಲು ಮಾಡುವೆನು; ಆ ಕತ್ತಲೆಯನ್ನು ನಿನ್ನ ದೇಶದ ಮೇಲೆ ಇಡುತ್ತೇನೆಂದು ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ.
