ಆಗ ಏಸಾವನು ತನ್ನ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳನ್ನೆತ್ತಿ ಆ ಸ್ತ್ರೀಯರನ್ನೂ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನೂ ನೋಡಿ--ನಿನ್ನ ಜೊತೆ ಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಇವರು ಯಾರು ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದನು. ಅದಕ್ಕವನು--ದೇವರು ನಿನ್ನ ದಾಸನಿಗೆ ಕೃಪೆಯಿಂದ ಕೊಟ್ಟ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಅಂದನು.
Aaga esaavanu tanna kannugalannetti aa streeyarannoo makkalannoo nodi--ninna jote yalliruva ivaru yaaru endu kelidanu. Adakkavanu--devaru ninna daasanige krupeyinda kotta makkalu andanu.

- 5ಆಗ ಏಸಾವನು ತನ್ನ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳನ್ನೆತ್ತಿ ಆ ಸ್ತ್ರೀಯರನ್ನೂ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನೂ ನೋಡಿ--ನಿನ್ನ ಜೊತೆ ಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಇವರು ಯಾರು ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದನು. ಅದಕ್ಕವನು--ದೇವರು ನಿನ್ನ ದಾಸನಿಗೆ ಕೃಪೆಯಿಂದ ಕೊಟ್ಟ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಅಂದನು.
- 6ಆಗ ದಾಸಿಯರೂ ಅವರ ಮಕ್ಕಳೂ ಹತ್ತಿರ ಬಂದು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಅಡ್ಡಬಿದ್ದರು.
- 7ಲೇಯಳು ಸಹ ತನ್ನ ಮಕ್ಕಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಹತ್ತಿರ ಬಂದು ಅಡ್ಡಬಿದ್ದಳು. ತರುವಾಯ ಯೋಸೇಫನೂ ರಾಹೇಲಳೂ ಬಂದು ಅಡ್ಡಬಿದ್ದರು.
