2. 16ದೇವರು ಅಪ್ಪಣೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಒಳಗೆ ಸೇರಿದವುಗಳು ಗಂಡು ಹೆಣ್ಣಾಗಿದ್ದ ಸಕಲ ಶರೀರಗಳು ಒಳಗೆ ಹೋದವು. ಆಗ ಕರ್ತನು ಅವನನ್ನು ಒಳಗೆ ಸೇರಿಸಿ (ಬಾಗಲನ್ನು) ಮುಚ್ಚಿದನು.
3. 17ನಾಲ್ವತ್ತು ದಿನ ಭೂಮಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಪ್ರಳಯವು ಇತ್ತು; ಆಗ ನೀರುಗಳು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿ ನಾವೆಯನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಲು ಅದು ಭೂಮಿಯಿಂದ ಎತ್ತಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿತು.
4. 18ನೀರು ಪ್ರಬಲವಾಗಿ ಭೂಮಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಬಹಳವಾಗಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿದಾಗ ಆ ನಾವೆಯು ನೀರಿನ ಮೇಲೆ ಹೋಯಿತು.
5. 19ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ನೀರು ಭೂಮಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಅತ್ಯಧಿಕವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಬಲವಾದದ್ದರಿಂದ ಆಕಾಶದ ಕೆಳಗಿರುವ ಎತ್ತರ ವಾದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಬೆಟ್ಟಗಳು ಮುಚ್ಚಲ್ಪಟ್ಟವು.
