ಆದದರಿಂದ ಅವರು ಪ್ರಾತಃ ಕಾಲದ ಮೇಘದ ಹಾಗೆಯೂ ಬೇಗನೆ ಮಾಯ ವಾಗುವ ಇಬ್ಬನಿ ಹಾಗೆಯೂ ಸುಳಿಗಾಳಿಯು ನೆಲದಿಂದ ಬಡಿದುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗುವ ಹೊಟ್ಟಿನ ಹಾಗೆಯೂ ಚಿಮಿಣಿಗೆಯಿಂದ ಹೊರಡುವ ಹೊಗೆಯ ಹಾಗೆಯೂ ಇರುವರು.

- 4ಆದಾಗ್ಯೂ ನಾನು ಐಗುಪ್ತದಿಂದ ನಿನ್ನ ದೇವರಾಗಿರುವ ಕರ್ತನಾಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ, ನೀನು ನನ್ನ ಹೊರತು ಯಾವ ದೇವರನ್ನೂ ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬಾರದು; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ನನ್ನ ಹೊರತು ನಿನಗೆ ಬೇರೆ ರಕ್ಷಕನು ಇಲ್ಲ.
- 5ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಅರಣ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಬಹು ಬಾಯಾರಿಕೆಯ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
