ನಮ್ಮ ಹಿರಿಯರೂ ನಮ್ಮ ದೇಶ ನಿವಾಸಿಗಳಾದ ಜನರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ನಮಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇ ನಂದರೆ--ನೀವು ಪ್ರಯಾಣಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ರೊಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದು ಕೊಂಡು ಅವರೆದುರಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ--ನಾವು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸೇವಕರು; ಆದಕಾರಣ ಈಗ ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂಗಡ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಿರಿ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿರಿ ಅಂದರು.

- 12ನಾವು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಹೊರಟ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ಮನೆಯಿಂದ ಬಿಸಿ ರೊಟ್ಟಿಗಳನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದು ಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೆವು; ಆದರೆ ಈಗ ಅವು ಒಣಗಿಹೋಗಿವೆ.
