1. 15ಗಿದ್ಯೋನನು ಸುಖೋತಿನ ಮನುಷ್ಯರ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದು--ಇಗೋ, ದಣಿದಿರುವ ನಿನ್ನ ಮನುಷ್ಯರಿಗೆ ನಾವು ರೊಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ಕೊಡುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಜೆಬಹ ಚಲ್ಮು ನ್ನರ ಕೈ ಈಗಲೇ ನಿನ್ನ ಕೈವಶವಾಗಿದೆಯೋ ಎಂದು ನೀವು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ನಿಂದಿಸಿದ ಜೆಬಹನನ್ನೂ ಚಲ್ಮುನ್ನನನ್ನೂ ನೋಡಿರಿ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿ
2. 16ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಹಿರಿಯರನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿದು ಅರಣ್ಯದ ಮುಳ್ಳುಗಳನ್ನೂ ನೆಗ್ಗಿಲು ಮುಳ್ಳು ಗಳನ್ನೂ ತಕ್ಕೊಂಡು ಅವುಗಳಿಂದ ಸುಖೋತಿನ ಮನು ಷ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಬುದ್ದಿಕಲಿಸಿದನು.
3. 17ಪೆನೂವೇಲಿನ ಗೋಪುರ ವನ್ನು ಕೆಡವಿ ಆ ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಮನುಷ್ಯರನ್ನು ಕೊಂದು ಹಾಕಿದನು.
4. 18ಅವನು ಜೆಬಹನಿಗೂ ಚಲ್ಮುನ್ನನಿಗೂ--ನೀವು ತಾಬೋರದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊಂದುಹಾಕಿದ ಆ ಮನುಷ್ಯರು ಹೇಗಿದ್ದರು ಅಂದನು. ಅದಕ್ಕವರು--ನಿನ್ನ ಹಾಗೆಯೇ; ಅವರು ಒಬ್ಬೊಬ್ಬರು ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಅರಸನ ಮಕ್ಕಳಾ ಗಿದ್ದರು ಅಂದರು.
5. 19ಅದಕ್ಕವನು--ಅವರು ನನ್ನ ತಾಯಿಯ ಮಕ್ಕಳು, ನನ್ನ ಸಹೋದರರು; ಕರ್ತನ ಜೀವದ ಆಣೆ ನೀವು ಅವರನ್ನು ಬದುಕಿಸಿದ್ದರೆ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಕೊಲ್ಲುವದಿಲ್ಲ ಅಂದನು.
