ಒಬ್ಬನು ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬನ ಹೆಂಡತಿಯೊಡನೆ ವ್ಯಭಿ ಚಾರಮಾಡಿದರೆ, ಅಂದರೆ ತನ್ನ ನೆರೆಯವನ ಹೆಂಡ ತಿಯೊಡನೆ ವ್ಯಭಿಚಾರಮಾಡಿದರೆ ವ್ಯಭಿಚಾರ ಮಾಡುವವನಿಗೂ ವ್ಯಭಿಚಾರಮಾಡುವವಳಿಗೂ ನಿಶ್ಚಯವಾಗಿ ಮರಣದಂಡನೆ ವಿಧಿಸಬೇಕು.
