1. 1ತನ್ನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಜನರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಕೇಳುವಂತೆ ಹೇಳಿ ಮುಗಿಸಿದ ಮೇಲೆ ಆತನು ಕಪೆರ್ನೌಮಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಿದನು.
2. 2ಆಗ ಒಬ್ಬ ಶತಾಧಿಪತಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಿಯನಾಗಿದ್ದ ಆಳು ಅಸ್ವಸ್ಥನಾಗಿ ಸಾಯುವಹಾಗಿದ್ದನು.
3. 3ಅವನು ಯೇಸುವಿನ ವಿಷಯ ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ ಆತನು ಬಂದು ತನ್ನ ಆಳನ್ನು ಗುಣ ಮಾಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಬೇಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯರ ಹಿರಿಯರನ್ನು ಆತನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದನು.
4. 4ಅವರು ಯೇಸುವಿನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದು ಆತನಿಗೆ ಒತ್ತಾಯ ಮಾಡಿ--ನೀನು (ಅವನ ಆಳನ್ನು) ಸ್ವಸ್ಥಮಾಡಬೇಕು; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಅವನು ಯೋಗ್ಯನಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ.
5. 5ಅವನು ನಮ್ಮ ಜನಾಂಗವನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುವದಲ್ಲದೆ ನಮಗಾಗಿ ಒಂದು ಸಭಾಮಂದಿರವನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿಸಿದ್ದಾನೆ ಎಂದು ಬೇಡಿಕೊಂಡರು.
