ಯೇಸು ತಿರಿಗಿ ದೋಣಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಚೇದಡಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋದಾಗ ಬಹಳ ಜನರು ಆತನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಕೂಡಿಬಂದರು; ಆಗ ಆತನು ಸಮುದ್ರದ ಸವಿಾಪದ ಲ್ಲಿದ್ದನು.

- 22ಆಗ ಇಗೋ, ಸಭಾಮಂದಿರದ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾಯಿರನೆಂದು ಹೆಸರಿದ್ದ ಒಬ್ಬನು ಬಂದು ಆತನನ್ನು ಕಂಡು ಆತನ ಪಾದಗಳಿಗೆ ಬಿದ್ದು--
- 23ನನ್ನ ಚಿಕ್ಕಮಗಳು ಸಾಯುವ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಲಗಿದ್ದಾಳೆ, ಅವಳು ಸ್ವಸ್ಥಳಾಗುವಂತೆ ನೀನು ಬಂದು ನಿನ್ನ ಕೈಗಳನ್ನು ಅವಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಇಡು; ಆಗ ಅವಳು ಬದುಕುವಳು ಎಂದು ಆತನನ್ನು ಬಹಳವಾಗಿ ಬೇಡಿಕೊಂಡನು.
