- 12ಆಗ ಮೋಶೆ ಎಲೀಯಾಬನ ಕುಮಾರರಾದ ದಾತಾನನನ್ನೂ ಅಬೀರಾಮನನ್ನೂ ಕರೇಕಳುಹಿಸಿದನು. ಆದರೆ ಅವರು--ನಾವು ಬರುವದಿಲ್ಲ,
- 13ನೀನು ಅರಣ್ಯ ದಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಸಾಯಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಲೂ ಜೇನೂ ಹರಿಯುವ ದೇಶದೊಳಗಿಂದ ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಕರೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಬಂದದ್ದು ನಿನಗೆ ಅಲ್ಪವಾಯಿತೋ? ಮತ್ತು ನೀನು ಅರಸನಾಗಿ ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಆಳಬೇಕೋ?
- 14ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ನೀನು ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಹಾಲೂ ಜೇನೂ ಹರಿಯುವ ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ತಕ್ಕೊಂಡು ಬರಲಿಲ್ಲ; ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ಹೊಲಗಳನ್ನೂ ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷೇ ತೋಟಗಳನ್ನೂ ನಮಗೆ ಸ್ವಾಸ್ತ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಕೊಡಲಿಲ್ಲ; ಈ ಮನುಷ್ಯರ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳನ್ನು ಕಿತ್ತುಬಿಡುವಿಯೋ? ನಾವು ಬರುವದಿಲ್ಲ ಅಂದರು.
