2. 10അങ്ങനെ ഹീരാം ശലോമോന്നു ദേവദാരുവും സരളമരവും അവന്റെ ഇഷ്ടംപോലെ ഒക്കെയും കൊടുത്തു പോന്നു.
3. 11ശലോമോൻ ഹീരാമിന്റെ ഗൃഹത്തിലേക്കു ആഹാരംവകെക്കു ഇരുപതിനായിരം പറ കോതമ്പും ഇരുപതു പറ ഇടിച്ചെടുത്ത എണ്ണയും കൊടുത്തു; ഇങ്ങനെ ശലോമോൻ ഹീരാമിന്നു ആണ്ടുതോറും കൊടുക്കും.
4. 12യഹോവ ശലോമോനോടു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതുപോലെ അവന്നു ജ്ഞാനം നൽകി; ഹീരാമും ശലോമോനും തമ്മിൽ സമാധാനമായിരുന്നു; അവർ ഇരുവരും തമ്മിൽ ഉടമ്പടിയും ചെയ്തു.
5. 13ശലോമോൻരാജാവു യിസ്രായേലിൽനിന്നൊക്കെയും ഊഴിയവേലക്കാരെ വരിയിട്ടെടുത്തു; ഊഴിയ വേലക്കാർ മുപ്പതിനായിരംപേരായിരുന്നു.
