ആട്ടിൻകൂട്ടത്തിൽ ചെന്നു അവിടെനിന്നു രണ്ടു നല്ല കോലാട്ടിൻകുട്ടികളെ കൊണ്ടുവരിക; ഞാൻ അവയെക്കൊണ്ടു നിന്റെ അപ്പന്നു ഇഷ്ടവും രുചികരവുമായ ഭോജനം ഉണ്ടാക്കും.

- 10നിന്റെ അപ്പൻ തിന്നു തന്റെ മരണത്തിന്നു മുമ്പെ അനുഗ്രഹിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു നീ അതു അവന്റെ അടുക്കൽ കൊണ്ടുചെല്ലേണം.
- 11അതിന്നു യാക്കോബ് തന്റെ അമ്മയായ റിബെക്കയോടു: എന്റെ സഹോദരനായ ഏശാവു രോമമുള്ളവനും ഞാൻ രോമമില്ലാത്തവനും ആകുന്നുവല്ലോ.
