- 16എന്നാൽ ആ രാജാക്കന്മാർ ഐവരും ഓടി മക്കേദയിലെ ഗുഹയിൽ ചെന്നു ഒളിച്ചു.
- 17രാജാക്കന്മാർ ഐവരും മക്കേദയിലെ ഗുഹയിൽ ഒളിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നതായി കണ്ടു എന്നു യോശുവെക്കു അറിവുകിട്ടി.
