ദൈവം മാനോഹയുടെ പ്രാർത്ഥന കേട്ടു; ദൈവദൂതൻ വീണ്ടും അവളുടെ അടുക്കൽ വന്നു; അവൾ വയലിൽ ഇരിക്കയായിരുന്നു; അവളുടെ ഭർത്താവു മാനോഹ കൂടെ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നില്ല.

- 10ഉടനെ ആ സ്ത്രീ ഓടിച്ചെന്നു ഭർത്താവിനെ അറിയിച്ചു; അന്നു എന്റെ അടുക്കൽ വന്ന ആൾ ഇതാ, എനിക്കു പ്രത്യക്ഷനായിവന്നിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു അവനോടു പറഞ്ഞു.
- 11മാനോഹ ഉടനെ എഴുന്നേറ്റു ഭാര്യയോടുകൂടെ ചെന്നു ആ പുരുഷന്റെ അടുക്കൽ എത്തി; ഈ സ്ത്രീയോടു സംസാരിച്ച ആൾ നീയോ എന്നു അവനോടു ചോദിച്ചു; ഞാൻ തന്നേ എന്നു അവൻ പറഞ്ഞു.
