10కాబట్టి యాబేషువారు నాహాషు యొక్క దూతలతో ఇట్లనిరిరేపు మేము బయలుదేరి మమ్మును అప్పగించుకొందుము, అప్పుడు మీ దృష్టికి ఏది అనుకూలమో అది మాకు చేయవచ్చును.
11మరునాడు సౌలు జనులను మూడు సమూహములుగా చేసిన తరువాత వారు తెల్లవారు సమయమున దండుమధ్యను జొచ్చి మధ్యాహ్నములోగా అమ్మోనీయులను హతముచేయగా వారిలో మిగిలినవారు ఇద్దరేసికూడి పోజాలకుండ చెదరిపోయిరి.
12జనులుసౌలు మనలను ఏలునా అని అడిగిన వారేరి? మేము వారిని చంపునట్లు ఆ మనుష్యులను తెప్పించుడని సమూయేలుతో అనగా
