మునుపటివలెనే రాజు గోడదగ్గర నున్న స్థలమందు తన ఆసనముమీద కూర్చునియుండెను. యోనాతాను లేవగా అబ్నేరు సౌలునొద్ద కూర్చుండెను; అయితే దావీదు స్థలము ఖాళిగా నుండెను.

- 27అయితే అమావాస్య పోయిన మరునాడు, అనగా రెండవ దినమున దావీదు స్థలములో ఎవడును లేకపోవుట చూచి సౌలునిన్నయు నేడును యెష్షయి కుమారుడు భోజనమునకు రాక పోవుట ఏమని యోనాతాను నడుగగా
