- 34అత్యాగ్రహుడై బల్ల యొద్దనుండి లేచి, తన తండ్రి దావీదును అవమానపరచినందున అతని నిమిత్తము దుఃఖాక్రాంతుడై అమావాస్య పోయిన మరునాడు భోజనము చేయకుండెను.
- 35ఉదయమున యోనాతాను దావీదుతో నిర్ణయముచేసి కొనిన వేళకు ఒక పనివాని పిలుచుకొని పొలములోనికి పోయెను.
