3. 20నా దేశమునకు దూరముగాను, యెహోవా సన్నిధికి ఎడమగాను నేను మరణము నొందకపోవుదును గాక. ఒకడు పర్వతములమీద కౌజుపిట్టను తరిమినట్టు ఇశ్రాయేలు రాజవైన నీవు మిన్నల్లిని వెదకుటకై బయలుదేరి వచ్చితివి.
4. 21అందుకు సౌలునేను పాపము చేసితిని, ఈ దినమున నాప్రాణము నీ దృష్టికి ప్రియముగా నుండినదానిబట్టి నేను నీకిక కీడుచేయను. దావీదా నాయనా, నాయొద్దకు తిరిగిరమ్ము; వెఱ్ఱి వాడనై నేను బహు తప్పు చేసితిననగా
5. 22దావీదురాజా, యిదిగో నీ యీటె నాయొద్దనున్నది, పనివారిలో నొకడు వచ్చి దాని తీసికొనవచ్చును.
