అదియుగాక షెఫేలా ప్రదేశములోను మైదాన ప్రదేశములోను అతనికి విస్తారమైన పశువులుండగా అతడు అరణ్యములో దుర్గములు కట్టించి అనేకమైన బావులు త్రవ్వించెను. వ్యవసాయమందు అతడు అపేక్షగలవాడు గనుక పర్వత ములలోను కర్మెలులోను అతనికి వ్యవసాయకులును ద్రాక్ష తోట పనివారును కలిగియుండిరి.

Adiyugaaka shephelaa pradeshamulonu maidaana pradeshamulonu ataniki vistaaramaina pashuvulundagaa atadu aranyamulo durgamulu kattinchi anekamaina baavulu travvinchenu. Vyavasaayamandu atadu apekshagalavaadu ganuka parvata mulalonu karmelulonu ataniki vyavasaayakulunu draaksha tota panivaarunu kaligiyundiri.

King James Version (KJV): Also he built towers in the desert, and digged many wells: for he had much cattle, both in the low country, and in the plains: husbandmen [also], and vine dressers in the mountains, and in Carmel: for he loved husbandry.

12వారి పితరుల యిండ్ల పెద్దల సంఖ్యను బట్టి పరాక్రమశాలులు రెండు వేల ఆరువందల మంది యెరి.
