అయితే అబ్షాలోము పారిపోయి అమీహూదు కుమారుడైన తల్మయి అను గెషూరు రాజునొద్ద చేరెను. దావీదు అనుదినమును తన కుమారునికొరకు అంగలార్చుచుండెను.
Ayite abshaalomu paaripoyi ameehoodu kumaarudaina talmayi anu geshooru raajunodda cherenu. Daaveedu anudinamunu tana kumaarunikoraku angalaarchuchundenu.

- 39రాజైన దావీదు అమ్నోను మరణమాయెననుకొని అతనినిగూర్చి యోదార్పు నొందినవాడై అబ్షాలోమును పట్టుకొనవలెనన్న ఆలోచన మానెను.
