3. 21పేతురు ఆ మనుష్యులయొద్దకు దిగి వచ్చిఇదిగో మీరు వెదకువాడను నేనే; మీరు వచ్చిన కారణ మేమని అడిగెను.
4. 22అందుకు వారునీతిమంతుడును, దేవునికి భయపడువాడును, యూద జనులందరివలన మంచిపేరు పొందినవాడునైన శతాధిపతియగు కొర్నేలియను ఒక మనుష్యుడున్నాడు; అతడు నిన్ను తన యింటికి పిలువనంపించి నీవు చెప్పు మాటలు వినవలెనని పరిశుద్ధదూత వలన బోధింపబడెనని చెప్పిరి; అప్పుడు అతడు వారిని లోపలికి పిలిచి ఆతిథ్యమిచ్చెను.
5. 23మరునాడు అతడు లేచి, వారితోకూడ బయలుదేరెను; యొప్పేవారైన కొందరు సహోదరులును వారితోకూడ వెళ్లిరి.
