But if ye will not make known unto me the dream, [there is but] one decree for you: for ye have prepared lying and corrupt words to speak before me, till the time be changed: therefore tell me the dream, and I shall know that ye can shew me the interpretation thereof.

4. 10అందుకు కల్దీయులు ఈలాగు ప్రత్యుత్తరమిచ్చిరి - భూమిమీద ఏ మనుష్యుడును రాజు అడిగిన సంగతి చెప్పజాలడు, ఏ చక్రవర్తియు అధికారియు శకునగానియొద్దను గారడీవిద్య గలవానియొద్దను కల్దీయునియొద్దను ఇట్టి సంగతి విచారింప లేదు.
5. 11రాజు విచారించిన సంగతి బహు అసాధారణ మైనది, దేవతలుకాక మరెవరును ఈ సంగతి తెలియజెప్ప జాలరు; దేవతల నివాసములు శరీరుల మధ్య ఉండవుగదా.
